But when we're stressed we hold in our breath, depriving our bodies of the very lifeblood they need to thrive. You can build the breath circuits back up with the efficient and deeply impactful practice of breathwork.
Thanks to this practice, which stems back to the '70s and has a deeper connection to traditional meditations, within a matter of minutes we can change our state of mind. Within a matter of weeks or months we can overcome our deepest pains and habits.
