**the role**

We are looking for a strong producer to help bring our original video and audio content slate to life. This person needs to understands the mechanics that make content fly across social eco-systems as well as drive press and cultural impact. 

Our video and audio content strategy aims to redefine wellness is for Gen Z through: 

- Hero Franchise Content:  Long form and short form content series with a digital mindset- think everything from documentaries to scripted reality.
- Functional Content:  From podcasts to video series, short form content to introduce our audience to wellness practices through a cultural lens.
- Viral: Social series designed to drive engagement and broad audiences. 
 

**what you'll be doing**

- Work with the Head of Video to develop the content strategy and original formats across audio & video.
- Research and write compelling treatments and pitches, ensuring ideas always fit within the Woo brand content guidelines.
- Attend creative meetings and pitch content ideas to stakeholders.
- Help manage production companies and external directors.
- Help develop and book Woo production network including freelance producers, editors, crew and production partners.
- Produce content, lead shoots and oversee in-house productions including managing budgets– for video & audio projects.
- During filming, duties could include: making sure that the production runs to schedule & budget, interviewing contributors (when required), managing talent, directors, crew and clients on set/location.
- Write schedules and supervise post-production up until the final delivery.
- Opportunity to direct series within the content slate.
- Oversee Woo’s in-house video editor and production manager responsibilities.
- Once a film is delivered oversee the distribution of assets to the Social and Editorial team.
 
To be considered for this opportunity you will need to demonstrate the following skills:

**minimum criteria**

- Demonstrable experience in a producer role – either at a production company, creative agency, publisher, brand or freelance.
- A strong portfolio of work that you have produced – from editorial to branded content.
- A strong creative voice and understanding of production techniques to engage audiences across platforms and social media.
 

**key criteria**

- Communicate consistently with creative team and executive leadership.
- Extremely organised and able to successfully reach multiple deadlines at once, without compromising creative quality.
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- Experience working at a creative agency or publisher.
- Experience developing original content – video or audio.
- An interest in developing original content formats and experience bringing to life ideas from initial concept to screen.
- A large network of freelance crew & production partners.
- An interest and knowledge of new creative and production techniques.

**THE ROLE**

The Art Director plays a key role in developing the woo brand across all physical and digital touchpoints. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand & campaign development, art direction and creative ideation.

This person will be responsible for maintaining and advancing the woo visual brand by enforcing brand guidelines across departments, working on both editorial and video content, and continuously exploring new ways to enhance those guidelines.

**MINIMUM CRITERIA**

- 4+ years graphic design and art direction experience with an established digital company or online media publication
- Experience empowering, managing, mentoring, and developing designers
- Extensive knowledge and familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Keynote, Figma, Google apps, etc
- A strong balance of identity design, typography, layout skills
- Ability to art direct motion design from storyboarding through animation

THE ROLE

Exciting opportunity to join WOO Marketplace as a Marketplace Account Manager. The Marketplace Account Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic road-map for their marketplace category, working closely with the Senior Account Manager and marketing teams to launch and promote new vendors and products; and to ensure their continued success on the marketplace.

 

With the team, identify opportunities for the marketplace; launch new brands and optimise the category assortment 
Be a category and customer specialist, using insights to identify product opportunities & future market trends
Lead brands and product assortment reviews and manage forward trade plans 
Approach, pitch and sign new strategic brand partners which align with Woo’s commercial strategy
Work closely with Onboarding, Operations and Product to launch brands onto Woo marketplace and deliver a market leading customer proposition and partner experience
 

**MINIMUM CRITERIA**

Strong analytical and sales experience
Experience within a fast-paced e-commerce environment, with a previous track record of achieving revenue targets and KPI's 
You’ve previously developed business strategies and launched new business opportunities

**the role**

The Editorial Assistant plays a key role in supporting editorial by sourcing stories and ideas about new developments in the world and applying Woo’s positive, optimistic and inspirational tone to creating content that makes an impact.

 **what you'll be doing**

- News-gathering and researching for articles, transcribing interviews and writing content including interviews.
- Writing engaging copy that aligns with Woo’s tone of voice and brand values.
- Producing 1-2 news stories per day.
- Producing features and shopping stories on an ad hoc basis.
- Collaborating with our Design Team to align imagery with copy.
- Developing original Woo-focused ways of covering current affairs with focus on fashion, politics, celebrity, climate, health and wellness.
- Assisting the head of editorial and rest of the editorial team with various administrative tasks.
- The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

- Experience writing or copywriting for a digital lifestyle brand.
- Experience using CMS systems e.g. Wordpress.
