WOO’S £15 DIGITAL GIFT CARD (“Promotion”)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

Who can enter:

The Promotion is open to individuals who:

• are UK residents;
• aged 18 years or over;
• are not employees of the Promoter or ITV, their immediate families or anyone else professionally connected to this Promotion;
• register to receive the Promoter’s emails about the Promoter, the Promoter’s content and latest feel good products by clicking on the Promoter’s promotional link and following the instructions provided on www.woo.itv.com;
• have not unsubscribed from receiving the Promoter’s emails about the Promoter, the Promoter’s content and latest feel good products within a one month period prior to registration

(“Customer”)

By taking part in this Promotion, Customers accept and agree to the following terms and conditions. Any Customer who does not agree with any of these terms and conditions should not take part.

The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to ask for evidence to verify the age, identity and/or eligibility of a Customer at any time, and to use any channels and methods available to carry out checks of any details provided. Customers must not register on behalf of another person and must not subscribe using more than one email address. Such subscriptions will be void.

Date & time of offer:

Digital gift cards will be made available to Customers in accordance with these terms and conditions from 2nd October 2023 until midnight on 1 November 2023

The £15 digital gift card is valid for use until midnight on 7 November 2023.

Details of offer

The digital gift card will be worth the value of £15.00 (fifteen pounds sterling) to be used on www.woo.itv.com.

Use of the digital gift card requires a minimum spend of £25.00 (twenty-five pounds sterling).

There is no restriction on the products that may be purchased using the digital gift card and the gift card may used to purchase on sale / discounted items. The gift card cannot be used towards postage or shipping.

One digital gift card per person.

You have to be a new subscriber (or have not been subscribed within one month)

Products purchased by digital gift card only are non-refundable. If a product is purchased using a combination of the digital gift card and cash, the cash element will be refundable in accordance with the Promoter’s return policy, available here: https://planetwoo.itv.com/returns. Please refer to the returns policy for details relating to faulty items and exchanging items for another size.

The digital gift card will only be valid for use if Customers are still signed up to receive the Promoter’s emails about the Promoter, the Promoter’s content and latest feel good products at the time the gift card is redeemed.

How to access offer:

Customers may sign up to subscribe to receive emails about the Promoter, the Promoter’s content and latest feel good products and receive their £15 digital gift card by clicking on the Promoter’s promotional link which will take them to www.woo.itv.com and following the instructions.

Once Customers have successfully subscribed they will be sent an email containing a £15 digital gift card for use on www.woo.itv.com in accordance with the terms of these terms and conditions.

If Customers choose to subscribe, personal information they have provided to the Promoter as part of the registration process and confirmation that they have fulfilled all eligibility requirements will be used by the Promoter to administer the Promotion.

General

The Promoter reserves the right to change the Promotion or any part thereof for any reason in its sole discretion including without limitation due to circumstances beyond its control.

The Promoter reserves the right to change the promotion or any part of the promotion to an alternative of equal or greater value for any reason in its sole discretion including without limitation due to circumstances beyond its control or if any part of the promotion becomes unavailable.

The Promoter may refuse to honour the Promotion in the event of non-entitlement under these terms and conditions or a Customer’s breach of these terms and conditions, fraud or dishonesty.

In the event of any fault, mistake, misunderstanding or dispute concerning the operation or redemption of the Promotion, networks or systems the decision of the Promoter shall be final.

No cash equivalent or alternative promotional offer will be made available and the digital gift card is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

The Promoter and/or its group companies cannot promise that the services relating to the Promotion will be free from errors or omissions not that they will be available uninterrupted and in fully operating condition. Services may be suspended temporarily and without notice on the case of any problem with the network, system. Server, software or for any technical malfunction or failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons reasonably beyond the control of the Promoter. The Promoter does not accept responsibility where all or any part of the service relating to the Promotion is discontinued, modified or changed in any way.

The Promoter and/or its group companies do not accept responsibility in the event that (i) any registration to the Promoter’s newsletter is lost, delayed or not properly received, registered or recorded; or (ii) for any incorrectly address or undelivered registrations to the Promoter’s newsletter; or (iii) for any disruption, delay or misdirection of such entries.

The Promoter and its group companies reserve the right to amend any element of the Promotion for reasons beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited unavailability of the www.woo.itv.com platform before the closing date, for strike, lock-out, labour dispute, act of God, natural disaster, war, riot, civil commotion, epidemic or pandemic, malicious damage, fire, flood and/or storm, or compliance with law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction. The Promoter and/or its group companies are not responsible for any loss or damage caused to any Customer as a result of any of these occurrences.
