How can I return my item? Please note in line with our returns policy, you have 30 days to return your item to us, from the date of purchase. As our marketplace has now closed you will need to contact the seller directly for any issues with historical orders.

My item is faulty! How do I return this? If you placed your order between 30 June 2023 - 30 November 2023 and you have an issue please reach out to the seller directly to ask them to send you a replacement or refund you for this item.

Will I still receive a refund if I return my item? Yes, items can be returned within 30 days of the orders being placed. Refunds will only be offered in accordance with the returns policy.
