Alongside other strategies such as regular exercise and eating a nutrient-rich balanced diet, Dr Rosenthal pioneered light therapy as a remedy for SAD. Lumie lamps come in different variations: wake-up lights act like your own personal sunrise or sunset, stimulating the gradually rising or setting sun to help you wake up energised and fall asleep easier. While SAD &amp; Energy lights, used therapeutically for 30-60 minutes per day, help raise your mood by simulating naturally occurring sunlight indoors.
