510 Laundry are mother &amp; son duo Sue &amp; Ed Simpson. Through a mutual appreciation for vintage textiles and creative techniques they naturally came to work together, resulting in a gorgeously unique range of homewares. Ed is based in Hackney, London, with a background as an artist and homeware buyer. Sue lives in Portobello, Edinburgh, an experienced quilter, patchworker and crafter. This dialogue between locations, and the merging of their talents and interests, has created the 510 Laundry approach to design and production. All sourcing for the brand takes place around the UK, while hand dyeing is carried out in Edinburgh.
