Are returns free?
Yes, one free return label is available for each delivery.
How long do I have to return a parcel?
We accept returns up to 30 days from the purchase date, so plenty of time if you're not happy with your order.
Conditions of returns
Items eligible for return must be returned in an unused, unwashed, resellable condition. If an item is returned that is not faulty, and cannot be resold, then this will be returned to the customer.
Please note, each parcel received needs to be returned separately, as they are returned to separate locations. The portal will ask you to create your labels 1 by 1, and stick these on your parcels as you go. You must make sure that the parcels that you received are returned separately to ensure they are returned to the right location. Do not include items from multiple parcels within one return parcel.
What happens if I accidentally send my items to the wrong address?
The correct store needs to receive your return, in order for your refund to be processed. Any additional shipping costs to get the correct items to the correct locations will be deducted from your refund. Please note, Woo holds no risk for items that have been returned to the incorrect location. If you need to get in touch with a member of the team, simply get in touch here.

Just check the shipping & returns section on product pages. This will state whether a product can or cannot be returned.
